Your role
We are hiring Software Engineers Senior to support the Hiring Events platform, a live, high-traffic production system. This team is responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues impacting active hiring events, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. This is a production-heavy, ownership-driven role requiring engineers who can quickly ramp, operate independently, and drive issue resolution across backend, frontend, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, triage, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events
Monitor system health and respond to alerts or performance degradation
Partner with Client Support and GTM teams to resolve high-priority tickets
Debug cross-system issues across backend services, frontend apps, and integrations
Ensure SLA adherence for issue resolution and platform stability
Maintain and update event logic as system dependencies evolve
Support platform integrations, migrations, and architecture updates
Contribute to build, release, and deployment processes
Lead onboarding and mentoring of additional engineers
Provide technical guidance and help stabilize team operations
Drive execution across multiple projects simultaneously
Act as a “go-to” resource during high-severity production issues

Build and deployment experience
Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills
Ability to work across distributed systems and integrations
Experience Level
Senior: 5+ years, with leadership and onboarding capability
Additional Experience (at least one)
Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena
Core Competencies
High ownership and autonomy (minimal supervision)
Strong problem-solving in ambiguous, live-production environments
Ability to prioritize and manage competing issues
Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Data-driven troubleshooting mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating with Product Managers and GTM teams
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf)
Demonstrated ownership of code lifecycle (merge → deploy → monitor)
