Job Description:
• Architect, deploy, and optimize secure AWS GovCloud environments
• Engineer and maintain highly available, fault tolerant, multi account cloud architectures
• Administer and harden Linux and Windows systems in production cloud environments
• Implement and maintain cloud native monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting
• Automate infrastructure and operations using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and CI/CD methodologies
• Support and integrate enterprise data platforms and databases
• Design and enforce security first operational practices
• Manage and optimize cloud networking and connectivity
• Administer and support backup, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and modernize infrastructure operations
• Collaborate across IT, security, and business teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands on infrastructure and cloud engineering experience supporting production workloads in regulated AWS GovCloud environments
• 3+ years operating in senior engineering or technical leadership roles
• Proven expertise across modern cloud networking, SaaS administration, and distributed systems
• Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts and their application to cloud infrastructure
• Extensive experience supporting government contracting or compliance driven environments
• Strong background managing secure remote, cloud first operations
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities
• Must be a US person with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOD/DOW security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education
