Role Overview
The Senior Technology Developer role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will design and build a modern, AI-native platform consolidating member management, donor tracking, and stakeholder communications into a single integrated system.
What You Will Do
Maintain and administer the PostgreSQL-based member and donor database, update and extend the data model, maintain data hygiene, and continuously evaluate team workflows to automate, streamline, or eliminate manual work through AI and systems improvements.

Requirements
- 3+ years of software development or systems engineering experience with production-quality code
- Experience with AI agentic tools (Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or comparable desktop/file automation agents)
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with the Anthropic Claude API or comparable LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini)
- Experience designing structured databases and data models
- Deep familiarity with Google Workspace APIs: Gmail API, Drive API, Sheets API, and Calendar API
- Strong systems design instinct
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a lean, mission-driven organization
