ABOUT THE ROLE
The program delivers video at scale across many simultaneous campaigns for a technical audience of engineers, IT decision-makers, and enterprise buyers — short-form cutdowns through longer-form pieces, versioned across platforms, against client brand guidelines at a premium, brand-safe bar.
You'll be a senior editor who anchors the editing team: setting the editing standard, helping build the workflows and QC the team uses, and guiding editors' day-to-day work. You'll report into the editing function under the Director of Digital Production and partner with the Art Director and motion team; editing runs in parallel to design/motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Set the editing standard. Produce best-in-class edits with strong structure, pacing, and shot selection that define the quality bar.
• Help build editing systems. Establish project structures, naming conventions, handoff standards, templates, and QC so a high-volume team delivers reliably.
• Guide the editing team. Direct, review, and support editors, distribute work, and keep quality consistent across the pipeline.
• Own quality and specs. Enforce codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, safe areas, and platform specs, plus relinkable project files and backups, so anyone can pick up a project.
• Partner across the team. Work with the Art Director, motion designers, and strategy/PM partners to turn briefs into polished video.
• Use smart tooling. Work with AI-assisted and templated workflows and clean asset/media management.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• 5+ years editing with a strong reel of polished, platform-native work.
• Advanced Premiere Pro (and working After Effects); deep command of post-production workflows and delivery specs.
• Experience building editing systems, templates, and QC at volume.
• Experience guiding or mentoring editors and coordinating distributed talent.
• A self-directed editor who fills gaps on open-ended briefs and helps build a workflow that's still taking shape.
• Strong communication and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
NICE TO HAVE
• Enterprise or B2B technology brands and technical/brand-safe content.
• Motion graphics (After Effects) for light design/animation moments.
• AI-assisted editing and high-volume production tooling.
