Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity with the market leading Pest Management business with a Sentricon District Sales Leader serving the Southeast United States. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the Territory: GA, FL, NC, SC, LA, AL, or MS. If hired, you will be required to travel as necessary to support business, customer, and industry activities.
Sentricon District Leader – Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, vision, direction and focus for district sales team
Cleary communicate articulate business goals
Manage employee performance by clearly communicating expectations and coaching individuals on skills and abilities required for success
Identify skill gaps and work with team members with action plans to build on those gaps
Drive a safe, transparent, and empathetic work environment where team members feel valued, included and empowered to do their best work
Stand tall and model the way for the team and business in all facets
Work with the team to drive and execute “critical plays” with customers
Monitor key performance indicators that lead to business health and success
Provide input into sales strategies and programs and execute plans to achieve results
Drive segmentation to ensure appropriate energy, resources and focus resources are applied
Maintain collaboration with key stakeholders across the business functions to ensure business alignment
Develop relationships with key customer leadership teams both at the National and Independent level
What will you need as a Sentricon District Leader:
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to recognize individual personalities, motivators, and emotional drivers to communicate effectively
Innate ability to actively listen
Ability to be agile and pivot as market and business drives
Eight (8) years of marketing or sales experience including the leadership and development of employees and teams

The salary range for this position is $ to $.This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
