About the Position
Our remote operations team is currently seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join us as Services Planning Coordinators. In this role, you'll support clients by helping manage travel arrangements, tracking important planning details, and assisting with coordination tasks to help ensure trips are prepared accurately and efficiently.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. Whether you're bringing experience from customer support, hospitality, administration, or starting a new path, onboarding and ongoing training are provided.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel requests, schedules, and trip preferences
Coordinate travel-related services including accommodations, transportation, cruises, activities, and excursions
Research available options and compare selections using approved booking and supplier systems
Monitor reservation details and help organize confirmations and itinerary information
Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and online communication tools
Support itinerary changes, booking revisions, and follow-up assistance as needed
Maintain accurate records and organized client documentation within internal platforms
Stay updated on destination information, supplier promotions, and current travel offerings
Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, team trainings, and development programs
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer support skills
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a remote setting
Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities efficiently
Familiarity with email, online platforms, and basic computer applications
Reliable internet access and professional communication habits
Positive attitude with willingness to learn new systems and processes
Interest in travel, coordination, hospitality, or administrative support roles
Must be at least 18 years of age
