We’re looking for a freelance Social Media Coordinator to help a new health startup maintain an active and trustworthy presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
You’ll manage a simple content calendar, create and schedule around 4–5 posts per month per channel, and liaise directly with the client to agree what to post. You’ll also join short check-ins to share ideas and updates.
The focus is on keeping the brand visible, credible, and consistent, helping build trust with anyone discovering the app.
What you’ll do:
Plan and manage a monthly social media calendar

Liaise with the client to agree topics and messaging
Attend short client calls to review ideas and updates
Keep posts on-brand and aligned with key app messages
What we’re looking for:
Experience managing social media for startups or health brands (preferred)
Strong writing and communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and well-organised
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Able to join regular weekly call during US Eastern time (EST) hours
