Solution Architect | Finance Transformation & ERP Strategy
We’re looking for a Solution Architect who can bridge the gap between finance, business strategy, and technology — someone who understands not only how systems work, but how businesses operate.
This role is ideal for a professional with a strong financial background and deep ERP expertise who thrives solving complex business challenges, designing scalable enterprise solutions, and influencing strategic transformation initiatives.
You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, finance leaders, implementation teams, and technical architects to deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency, financial visibility, and long-term scalability.
What You’ll Do
- Architect end-to-end ERP and financial solutions aligned with business goals and operational strategy.
- Lead discovery sessions and translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to optimize critical business processes.
- Drive solution decisions around:
- Financial management
- Revenue recognition
- Multi-book accounting
- Costing and inventory valuation
- Consolidation and reporting
- Compliance and controls
- Evaluate integrations, automation opportunities, and system impacts across the enterprise landscape.
- Create high-quality solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and functional designs.
- Mentor consultants and influence best practices across projects and delivery teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor during digital transformation initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong background in Finance, Accounting, or ERP consulting.
- Proven experience designing enterprise solutions within ERP ecosystems, NetSuite is a plus
- Ability to connect business strategy with technical execution.
- Experience leading complex discussions with both executive and technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, and business process optimization.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, SaaS, or multi-subsidiary environments.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms like Boomi.
- Experience with global implementations, compliance frameworks, or transformation programs.
- ERP certifications or accounting certifications (CPA, CMA, etc.).
