OVERVIEW

Reporting to Senior Manager, Producer Compliance, the Specialist, Producer Compliance is responsible for supporting the administration and execution of Circular Materials’ producer compliance program. The Specialist is responsible for monitoring regulatory obligations, conducting compliance reviews, supporting audit activities, and assisting in ensuring producers meet their legislative and program requirements.

The Specialist is responsible for contributing to risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and the consistent application of compliance policies and procedures across jurisdictions.
