About the position We are seeking an experienced Sr. Network Engineer to join our team. This role requires advanced knowledge and experience with a wide range of networking technologies, concepts, and protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in routing, switching, datacenter technologies, and network security. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities • Implement and manage network routing and switching. • Deploy and maintain datacenter technologies (Spin & Leaf). • Utilize advanced knowledge of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, IPAM, DNS, DDNS, DHCP, F5 GTM/LTM, SSH, VPN, Internet Proxy, IPS, IDS. • Configure and manage IP routing protocols such as RIP, BGP, OSPF, IP Multicast, and MPLS. • Manage Routing, Quality of Service, Netflow, and Wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax. • Implement virtual networks, NAT, ACL controls, Web Security/URL Filtering, IPSec, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), and Malware Prevention. • Work with both IPv4 and IPv6. • Configure and manage HP and Aruba routing, switching, and wireless hardware, software, and protocols, including Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba Instant APs, Aruba Airwave, Aruba Central, Aruba Activate. • Implement and manage network security measures including Device Hardening, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Firewalls, and IPSec. • Perform vulnerability assessments and intrusion detection. • Manage global network infrastructure with a strong focus on WAN. Requirements • Advanced knowledge of and experience with networking technologies, concepts, and protocols. • Expertise in TCP/IP, routing, switching, IPAM, DNS, DDNS, DHCP, F5 GTM / LTM, SSH, VPN, Internet Proxy, IPS, IDS. • Experience with IP routing protocols including RIP, BGP, OSPF, IP Multicast, MPLS. • Experience with Routing, Quality of Service, Netflow, Wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, virtual networks, NAT, ACL controls, Web Security/URL Filtering, IPSec, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), Malware Prevention. • Must have IPv4 and IPv6 experience. • Knowledge, skills, and experience with HP and Aruba routing, switching, and wireless hardware, software, and protocols including Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba Instant APs, Aruba Airwave, Aruba Central, Aruba Activate. • Working knowledge of structured cabling systems and network facilities. • Experience in firewall design, configuration, and network security including: Device Hardening, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Firewalls, and IPSec, vulnerability assessment and intrusion detection. • Strong WAN experience managing global network infrastructure. • Must include a valid LinkedIn profile link on resume. • W2 Only (No OPT's Please).
