- Code Review and Feedback: Review code developed by other engineers, provide feedback, and ensure that best practices are followed.
- Performance Management and Coaching: Set clear expectations with individuals, meet regularly to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching to help them grow.
Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Software Development Experience: 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- Technical Leadership Experience: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management or supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or PhD: A master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience in a Complex Organization: 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
