About The Role
You will lead STEM curriculum and program delivery for Brazil-focused learning audiences while working remotely with a global team. You will create standards-aligned lessons, labs, and engineering challenges; write teacher guides and student materials; and define assessment rubrics to measure mastery and applied problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end STEM curriculum development (scope & sequence, lesson plans, labs, capstones)
• Build assessments: rubrics, item banks, mastery checks, and performance tasks
• Support live and asynchronous instruction with facilitation guides and instructor training
• Use learning analytics to track engagement and mastery; iterate for measurable improvement
• Collaborate with product/engineering to publish content in an LMS (formatting, tagging, version control)
• Ensure accessibility, inclusion, and standards alignment with documented rationale
• Maintain QA through peer review cycles and editorial consistency
Required Qualifications
• Mid-Senior experience in STEM teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, or program management
• Strong project-based learning and assessment design experience
• Comfort with learning analytics and data-informed iteration
• Excellent writing/editing for educator- and learner-facing materials
• Experience with Brazil-based learners or localized contexts preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• Robotics/maker education, coding instruction, or engineering design challenges
• Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with LMS platforms/content authoring tools
