Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research & Formula Analysis – Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Customer Insight Research – Analyze customer feedback and behavior to enhance product messaging and overall offerings.
- Competitive & Brand Research – Evaluate competitor pricing, marketing tactics, and positioning to uncover strategic advantages.
- Marketing & Trend Research – Track emerging trends across digital platforms, influencer marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Market Expansion – Research new marketplaces, retail opportunities, distributors, and global expansion strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in Amazon product research and listing optimization.
- Proficiency with research tools such as Helium 10 and ChatGPT.
- Skilled in sourcing and vetting suppliers when necessary.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
