Talent Acquisition Partner – Frontline, High Volume

Job Description: • Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to consistently meet internal customer capacity needs within a Key Performance Indicator-driven environment. • Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates across multiple geographic regions to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining consistent applicant engagement and nurturing candidates through complex processes. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments such as retail, logistics, operations, a recruitment agency or RPO. • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, with a specific preference for Workday, and high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring practices. • Proven ability in analytical talent assessment, stakeholder management across diverse job profiles, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced culture. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
