依據您的專業背景,入職後將主要參與以下其中一類角色:

工作內容 (主要案件)

本職位將根據專案需求及您的專業領域,參與以下各階段的任務:

A. 戰略與轉型設計 (Strategy & Change Design) 負責制定組織及系統整體的轉型構想與藍圖。

● 組織與業務領域轉型設計

策劃業務流程改革及組織變革的整體架構。規劃組織與業務流程轉型方向,協助客戶建立整體藍圖。

設計企業 IT 架構與 Salesforce 平台發展策略。

Salesforce Org 戰略

制定 Salesforce Org(Instance)的活用戰略、治理戰略及發展藍圖規劃 Salesforce Org 的治理模式、使用策略與長期發展方向。

從企業架構或 CTO 顧問角度,協助客戶推動 AI 與數位轉型。

規劃變革管理與推動方案,應用推廣,提升解決方案導入後的落地成效。

參與 PoC 設計與驗證,評估方案可行性。

B. 專案執行與支援 (Project Execution & Support) 從需求定義到上線發佈,在各階段提供支援或執行實務工作。根據專案特性選擇瀑布式(Waterfall)或敏捷式(Agile)開發。

參與專案規劃、進度推動與執行管理。

進行需求訪談、需求分析與流程引導。

主導或參與應用設計、架構設計與詳細設計,並審查相關成果。

領導實作與測試工作,或制定開發標準及品質管理流程。

執行資料遷移與部署上線,或制定遷移策略並支援執行。

協助建立開發標準,開發環境設計、構建與運維等 DevOps 流程。

C. 治理與最佳化 (Governance & Optimization)

Salesforce 治理 (Governance)

協助建立 Salesforce 治理機制與 CoE (Center of Excellence) 運作模式。

建立或參與設計審查與架構治理流程,確保設計品質。

提供設計最佳實務與優化建議,提升專案交付品質。

針對既有環境進行 Org 健檢、架構診斷與最佳化建議。

資格要求 (応募要件)

【必備條件 (Must)】

實務經驗

● 在以下任一領域具備 7 年以上的實務經驗,並曾擔任主要推動角色:

A. 策略規劃與轉型設計 (Strategy & Change Design)

B. 治理與持續優化 (Governance & Optimization)

C. 專案推動與執行 (Project Execution & Support)

領導力

● 具備 3 年以上團隊帶領或專案領導經驗(職稱不限)。

溝通能力

● 具備良好的跨部門及跨角色溝通與協作能力,能與不同成員有效合作。

學習及理解力

● 能快速理解業務需求、Salesforce 相關技術概念及專案方法

● 具備學習新技術的意願與行動力,並願意善用 AI 工具提升工作效率與產出品質

核心思維

語言能力

● 中文: 母語等級。

● 英文: 商務英文溝通能力。
