**Key Responsibilities**
As a Technical Project Manager - Customer Onboarding at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence in our customer onboarding process. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing, managing, and continuously improving onboarding project plans and status trackers across MTA and MMM implementations.
* Owning timeline management and progress tracking across onboarding workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and customers are informed.
* Collaborating with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Professional Services, to keep projects on track.
* Leading customer-facing onboarding status calls, bringing in internal experts as needed to provide technical details and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Managing all customer communications related to project timelines, status updates, and open items, ensuring transparency and trust.
* Aligning onboarding timelines with customer teams based on their internal resourcing and priorities, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
* Proactively identifying and escalating risks or blockers, maintaining momentum and ensuring project delivery.
* Designing and refining systems, workflows, and documentation to support scalable, high-quality onboarding, continuously improving our processes and procedures.
**Ideal Candidate**
We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a customer-facing focus, 2-5 years of experience in a technical project management role, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess:
