Technical Recruiter – Contract

Job Description: • Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle • Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with Director of TA and hiring managers • Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, and other creative channels to support hiring goals • Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process • Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team Requirements: • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience • Proven track record of meeting hiring goals across Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering • In-house recruiting experience at small to mid-sized tech companies • Deep experience with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems • Advanced-level experience with Ashby strongly preferred • Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, interpersonal, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility Benefits: • Equal employment opportunities • Reasonable accommodation for applicants • Transparency in hiring process
