Technical Sales Engineer

Position: Technical Sales Engineer Job Description: Technical Sales Engineer  A Technical Sales Engineer bridges deep technical expertise with strong commercial awareness, helping customers identify the right solutions for their business needs. This role combines customer relationship management, solution positioning, and project engagement across the full sales cycle, while working closely with engineering, sales, and supplier teams to drive growth and long-term value.    What will you be doing?  In this role, your responsibilities will include:  have full ownership over designated customers within Czech Republic  develop and execute customer technology and commercial strategy and plans based on greatest opportunities for growth, through fact-based analysis and in-depth customer knowledge  develop customer relationships at all levels; understand engineering careabouts, build customer technical profiles including hierarchy, strategy, products and end-markets  identify projects at earliest stage of design cycle and understand what challenge is being solved  co-ordinate Arrow Engineering teams and supplier resource to maximize product offering across all technologies and suppliers  program manage customer engagement throughout the lifecycle  communicate customer/project information to Internal Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Project Management teams  pro-actively develop and manage demand creation pipeline, maintain project tracking database  work closely with Internal Sales throughout project lifecycle to drive pipeline conversion to billings    What are we looking for?  We would be happy to meet candidates who meet the following criteria:  technically educated; you hold a degree in engineering or technology  effective communicator  commercially minded: you have strategic approach to selling and solid business acumen  problem solver: you can understand business challenges and how to position technology/services to solve them  able to present technical and commercial presentation to customers  proactive, open minded, flexible, energetic, and continuous learner  able to operate in a matrix business environment and use all available resources  advanced/fluent English Additional skills that may help you to succeed even more:  experience in supporting customers in digital transformation  previous IoT / Cloud / Connectivity experience  semiconductor / PEMCO knowledge  What we offer:  permanent contract  remote work  benefits program        #LI-KK1 #LI-REMOTE    Location: CZ-Czechia - Remote Time Type: Full time Job Category: Sales
