Schedule:

Qualifications:
• Current, active RN license free of restrictions
• Previous experience in a Telemetry unit is highly preferred
• Competency in rhythm interpretation, cardiac monitoring, and responding to telemetry alarms
• Willingness to float to med-surg units as required
• Strong assessment, clinical documentation, and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Maintain accurate patient records and detailed documentation in the electronic health record
• Support patients and families with education and resources during the hospitalization process
• Float to med-surg as needed, providing comprehensive nursing care within RN scope
