Training Specialist I

They are seeking a dynamic Training Specialist I to lead engaging training sessions for employees and clients, focusing on Yardi’s Senior Living products. The role involves conducting various training formats, developing software knowledge, and refining training content to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product and software training sessions using a variety of instructional formats (e.g., webinars, in-person workshops, and virtual courses)
• Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned Yardi software products
• Create and execute training plans that align with project goals and user needs
• Teach users how to navigate the software, utilize key features, and apply troubleshooting techniques
• Continuously refine training content to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with software updates

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to positively and effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others
• People focused, with the ability to build rapport
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of multimedia training platforms and methods

• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Prior relevant industry, field, or software experience
