Position Overview
The Travel Care Coordinator supports clients throughout the travel planning process by assisting with coordination, communication, and travel-related support. This role focuses on providing organized and responsive service while helping ensure travel details are managed accurately and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel planning support and reservation coordination
Communicate travel updates, confirmations, and itinerary information
Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support modifications and adjustments to travel arrangements as needed
Maintain organized records of client communication and travel plans
Collaborate with travel partners and vendors regarding reservations and scheduling
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
Self-motivated with strong follow-through skills
Experience in customer support, hospitality, or administrative coordination is helpful
