About This Position
Our growing remote operations team is looking for organized, service-driven individuals to join us as Travel Customer Care Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist clients throughout the vacation planning process by helping manage reservations, organizing travel details, and providing responsive support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
Assist travelers with planning requests, schedules, and vacation preferences
Coordinate travel arrangements such as hotels, transportation, cruises, excursions, and activities
Review travel availability and compare options using approved booking systems and supplier platforms
Provide clients with updates regarding confirmations, reservation status, and upcoming travel details
Respond to inquiries professionally through email, phone, and digital communication channels
Help manage itinerary revisions, schedule adjustments, and follow-up requests
Maintain accurate records and organized client information within internal systems
Participate in virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, and team development meetings
