What You'll Be Doing
Assist clients with vacation planning, trip coordination, and booking support
Research resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation, and package options using approved company systems
Help review and organize travel details to ensure reservations are accurate and complete
Provide friendly and professional customer support based on client preferences, schedules, and budgets
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
Support itinerary updates, booking adjustments, and general travel-related inquiries
Maintain organized records, booking information, and customer documentation
Participate in virtual trainings, team updates, and professional development sessions
