About the Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our expanding remote team as Travel Experience Specialist. In this role, you will help clients transform travel ideas into well-planned experiences by providing guidance, coordinating travel details, and supporting them throughout the planning process.
From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations and international adventures, you'll assist travelers in finding options that fit their interests, schedules, and budgets while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication-focused work, problem-solving, and helping others create memorable experiences. No prior travel industry background is required, as training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients to understand their travel goals and vacation preferences
Explore destination options, travel packages, and experience-based opportunities
Assist with arranging accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
Provide recommendations and planning support to help travelers make informed decisions
Coordinate reservation requests, itinerary updates, and booking details
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and digital communication tools
Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure and manage travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records of client information and travel plans
Monitor industry developments, supplier programs, and promotional offers
Deliver exceptional service throughout the planning and booking experience
Qualifications
Interest in travel, customer engagement, hospitality, or service-oriented work
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client requests
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
Previous travel industry experience is not required; training is available
