Job Description:
• Edit long-form YouTube videos (studio shoots, lessons, breakdowns, storytelling pieces, and lifestyle content)
• Edit high-production short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Build a consistent visual identity across all founder content
• Create clean, aesthetically strong animations and motion graphics
• Add subtitles, graphics, and brand elements to elevate content quality
• Develop scroll-stopping hooks and story pacing for short-form
• Help optimise content for each platform’s algorithm and format
• Collaborate with founders and our head of content on concepts, scripts, and creative direction
• Maintain a fast editing turnaround while hitting high quality standards
• Manage content versions, asset organisation, and project files
Requirements:
• Extremely strong English proficiency - you must be able to speak / understand English at an almost native level in order to best work with the team.
• 2+ years experience editing for creators, personal brands, or YouTube channels.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci.
• A deep understanding of modern social aesthetics and native content trends for personal brands in the digital marketing / online business space.
• Ability to switch quickly between polished production and raw social content
• Strong taste - you care about aesthetics, cleanliness, typography, spacing, framing, and visual quality
• Excellent ability to tell stories visually, complementing the speaker.
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback from founders.
• Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
• Portfolio demonstrating both high-production aesthetic work.
