A Southern California-based divorce coach supporting
neurodivergent and special needs families navigating divorce, separation,
co-parenting, and emotional transition. Her practice is LGBTQ+ affirming,
neurodiversity-affirming, and focused on helping families move through
difficult transitions with emotional and practical support.
The business is currently expanding its networking systems,
referral partnerships, educational programs, and online visibility, and is
seeking a highly collaborative and tech-comfortable Virtual Assistant to help
streamline operations and reduce administrative overload.
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly
collaborative Virtual Assistant to support business operations, referral
coordination, networking administration, and social media execution —
particularly for the launch and management of a recurring monthly educational
initiative called “Second Saturday.”
This role is ideal for someone who:
enjoys
creating systems and workflows,
is
comfortable working with AI tools like Claude,
can
independently execute tasks with minimal handholding,
and
communicates clearly and professionally in written English.
The ideal VA should be comfortable supporting a fast-moving
business owner who has many ideas and ongoing initiatives, while helping reduce
mental and administrative overload.
Initial Primary Focus: “Second Saturday” Program Support
The VA’s primary responsibility during onboarding and
ramp-up will be supporting the launch and ongoing coordination of the client’s
monthly “Second Saturday” divorce education program.
This includes:
Event Coordination & Administrative Support
Coordinate
scheduling and communication with participating professionals:
attorneys
financial
professionals
mediators
real
estate professionals
emotional
support professionals
Send
reminders, follow-ups, confirmations, and scheduling emails
Manage
event logistics and recurring monthly coordination
Organize
attendee information and event-related documentation
Assist
with Zoom-related follow-up workflows
Send
post-event emails and informational resources to attendees
Networking & LinkedIn Support
ProVisors Networking Support
The client actively participates in networking groups and
referral-building activities and needs administrative support around these
systems.
Tasks may include:
Organizing
networking contact lists
Managing
spreadsheets generated through Claude workflows
Assisting
with LinkedIn connection workflows
Supporting
referral outreach processes
Updating
networking/contact records
Light
CRM-style organization
The client already has AI-assisted workflows in place using
Claude and is looking for a VA who can collaborate within those systems
efficiently.
Social Media & Content Support
Social Media Responsibilities
Create
and schedule recurring promotional graphics for “Second Saturday”
Assist
with consistent posting across platforms
Repurpose
content ideas into posts
Coordinate
simple Canva graphics
Support
social posting workflows using tools such as:
Canva
Buffer
Claude
Assist
with posting into local Facebook groups/community groups
Support
visibility and audience engagement efforts
AI & Workflow Collaboration
The client heavily uses AI tools and wants a VA who is:
comfortable
learning and using AI workflows,

in process-building,

collaborative in optimizing systems.
