Virtual Assistant — Real Estate, Mid-Term Rentals & Campgrounds (Remote)

Pay: $650–$750 per month Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, US business hours Location: Remote About the Role We're hiring a sharp, highly organized Virtual Assistant to support three business owners across a portfolio of real estate and hospitality operations. This is a shared role with your time split roughly evenly across three areas: • Multifamily property management • Mid-term rental (MTR) leasing • Campground marketing and executive support You'll be the operational backbone — handling admin, communications, leasing, paid ads, and social media. As the business grows, this role is positioned to become the foundation of a larger VA team, with opportunities to move into a lead or specialized position. What You'll Do Multifamily Property Management • Maintain maintenance records in property management software (including Property Meld) • Coordinate vendor and resident communication for maintenance and site visits • Log invoices and receipts; assist with monthly bank reconciliations and utility bill-backs • Triage email inboxes; draft responses to lenders, tenants, prospects, and vendors • Schedule contractor visits, follow up on work orders, and track satisfaction • Conduct market rent research (Zillow, Apartments.com, CoStar) • Manage social media scheduling and Google Business profile updates • Arrange travel logistics for site visits and investor meetings • Document SOPs Mid-Term Rental Leasing • Answer inbound calls and messages from prospective tenants across Furnished Finder, Airbnb, VRBO, and direct inquiries • Qualify leads and represent the business professionally • Draft and send customized lease agreements from established templates • Collect applications, coordinate background and credit screening, and communicate decisions • Manage availability calendars across all platforms; prevent booking conflicts • Send move-in welcome packets and coordinate move-out logistics • Request and respond to tenant reviews • Keep listings updated with current photos, pricing, and availability Campgrounds & Executive Support • Google Ads: Build, manage, and optimize Search and Display campaigns; write and A/B test ad copy; conduct keyword research; produce weekly and monthly performance reports (impressions, clicks, CPC, conversions, ROAS) • Google Analytics: Maintain conversion tracking and surface actionable insights • Personal EA: Manage personal email inbox and calendar; ad-hoc research and vendor lookups • Social Media: Grow personal brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — plan content calendar, create and schedule posts (including short-form video), engage with followers, and report on performance • Carson Springs Campground: Manage reservations and cancellations, respond to guest inquiries, maintain seasonal pricing, and produce occupancy and revenue summaries What We're Looking For Required • Excellent spoken and written English — this role involves phone calls and professional correspondence daily • Highly organized; can manage priorities across three distinct businesses simultaneously • Prior experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, or a similar admin role • Comfortable drafting leases and vendor agreements from templates • Self-directed with strong follow-through; can work independently during US business hours • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) Strongly Preferred • Hands-on Google Ads experience with demonstrable results • Proficiency in Google Analytics and conversion tracking • Demonstrated social media management across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (portfolio or examples a big plus) • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Metricool • Experience with Furnished Finder, Airbnb, or VRBO • Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi) • Experience with campground reservation systems Why This Role • Growth path: Early hires will have the opportunity to move into lead or specialized roles as we build out a full VA team • Variety: No two days are the same — leasing one hour, Google Ads the next, social media after that • Direct access: You'll work closely with three business owners who value initiative and good judgment • Remote and stable: Full-time, consistent hours, fully remote How to Apply Submit your resume along with a brief note covering: • Your most relevant experience (property management, leasing, Google Ads, or social media) • Links or examples of social media work you've managed (if available) • Your availability to start We review applications on a rolling basis and reply to qualified candidates within a few business days.
