Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound calls
Schedule appointments for clients interested in benefits information
Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages through Zoom meetings
Assist clients with completing applications and enrollment paperwork
Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service during all client interactions
Participate in ongoing optional training and leadership development sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
