Conduct Remote Client Consultations
Meet virtually with clients to understand their needs, explain policy features and coverage options, and provide clear, professional guidance.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service
Support policyholders with questions, policy updates, claims assistance, and ongoing account support.
Build Long-Term Relationships
Maintain regular communication with clients to review life changes, update coverage needs, and strengthen client relationships over time.
Maintain Compliance & Documentation
Follow company policies and industry regulations while keeping accurate and organized client records.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and virtual meeting proficiency
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality
Effective time management and organizational skills
Leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required
