Apply via Dice today! • *About The Job • *Your Role: We are seeking experienced Epic Analysts (mid-to-senior level) to join our team and support Lumens, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Ambulatory modules. In this role, you ll be a key contributor to maintaining and optimizing the Epic EHR system, working closely with client teams to solve complex challenges, improve workflows, and drive system enhancements. • *As an Epic Analyst at Cardamom: • Collaborate with Cardamom and client teams to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal guidance. • Provide expert-level support to users and stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues and offering effective solutions within Epic. • Assist in gathering requirements, preparing specifications, and building Epic system configurations for Lumens, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Ambulatory. • Resolve moderate to complex system issues, identifying root causes and applying solutions; escalate critical issues as needed. • Maintain clear and thorough documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes. • Follow change control procedures for system builds, ensuring stability and compliance post-implementation. • Support internal initiatives, optimization projects, and special client requests. • Ensure all work meets agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response time and issue resolution. • Serve as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and improved system functionality. • Assist with user training and support, helping staff maximize Epic capabilities. • Participate in system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure alignment with business needs. • *Our ideal Epic Analyst will have: • 5+ years of Epic experience with Lumens, Willow Inpatient, or Willow Ambulatory • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • High attention to detail and sense of urgency • Passion for healthcare IT and improving patient care through technology • Epic certification • Flexibility to take on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, if required
