Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team of heroes at careerzynith. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a critical role in developing, delivering, and evaluating programs that ensure a positive donor experience in support of our Customer Experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing onsite donor engagement at specific careerzynith mobile blood drives to create a positive and memorable experience for our donors.
- Exhibiting an enthusiastic and professional demeanor when interacting with our donors, chairpersons, and careerzynith employees.
- Receiving and processing communications from internal and external customers, and addressing, resolving, or routing customer concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Providing ongoing Customer Experience feedback to careerzynith Management, and advocating for our Service Program to be exhibited by our team members during mobile blood drives.
- Determining and implementing "Best Practices" for customer engagement and retention, and looking for opportunities to increase donor engagement and provide positive engagement opportunities.
- Representing the voice of the donor and providing input into every core Customer Experience initiative and process.
- Completing administrative tasks correctly and on time, and helping as needed with reports, events, and required paperwork.
- Understanding, monitoring, and ensuring effective execution of all careerzynith policies and procedures to support organizational goals and values.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree (Bachelor's desirable) from an accredited college or university, plus a minimum of three years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of customer service experience in a client-facing opportunity is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced experience in Excel preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
- The ability to type 50 wpm, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own work.
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
- A valid Texas Driver's License (TDL) plus an acceptable driving record.
