**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Work From Home Intern, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for managing inbound calls and chat processes, responding to customer queries, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage inbound calls and chat processes to understand customers' requirements
* Respond to customer queries via chat and phone calls, providing information about our products
* Practice active listening and strive to exceed customer expectations by giving effective solutions to customers' problems
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution
* Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the process expert or relevant department for further assistance
* Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements that can enhance the customer experience
* Assist customers in resolving post-sales issues, such as technical difficulties or order-related concerns
**Who Can Apply**
We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are available to start work from home between 6th January 2025 and 10th February 2025.
