We're committed to fostering a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering. **Job Responsibilities** As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in helping us build a lasting digital connection with our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers * Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) * Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness * Being actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.) * Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails and organizing their distribution through various channels * Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating our website * Collaborating with designers to improve user experience * Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) * Acquiring insight in online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date * Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role * Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices * Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM * Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) * Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.) * Skills and experience in creative content writing * Analytical mindset and critical thinking * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud * Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello * Certification in digital marketing or a related field **What We Offer** As a part-time Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate * Flexible part-time schedule (20 hours per week) * Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Access to the latest digital marketing tools and technologies * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and creative individual with a passion for digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you!
