Experienced Fiber Customer Support Analyst – Delivering Exceptional Service in a Dynamic Remote Environment

Our team is dedicated to driving innovation, creativity, and impact in the world, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our community. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports * Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features within the fiber and/or copper network * Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and creating and sorting trouble reports * Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components to provide customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment * Communicating clearly and professionally, delivering technical/industry information in a manner appropriate to the audience * Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a dedicated customer service professional with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
