As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other basic requests
* Providing standardized or scripted responses using our user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens and established documentation and processes
* Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
* Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
* Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding association guidelines and compliance
**What Are We Looking For in This Role?**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Minimum Qualifications:**

+ A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends
+ Willingness to be on camera at all times
