As a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service to commercial and residential consumers in the green industry. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all careerzynith customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone, or through online ordering, providing timely and accurate information.
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers, driving business growth and revenue.
- Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working, staying ahead of the curve and positively impacting business performance.

**Essential Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
