Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position at careerzynith

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer experiences by greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Process transactions on assigned sales register, collect cash, and disperse change as needed * Register client buys, voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades according to company policies and procedures * Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and ensure data is entered correctly * Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring medication, confirming medication is correct, and checking for potential interactions * Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work processes * Report remedy mistakes to pharmacists on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding medication errors * Handle calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors * Process manual cases for external program remedy services in a timely and efficient manner * Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director * Assist with stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medication * Maintain knowledge of company resource security methods and record claims for distribution center overages, deficiencies, request errors, or damaged products * Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products) * Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and complete resets and corrections as directed * Assist with division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves) * Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment * Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and sell special photo items * Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers requests to clients as they arrive at the store) * Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, tidy, and well-organized store environment and appearance * Adhere to all company policies and procedures;
