What You Will Do as a Remote Client Experience & Medicare Support Specialist

As the creator of first impressions at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in shaping how new clients experience our agency. The majority of your day will be spent on the phones, providing outstanding customer service to Medicare-eligible individuals and their families, as well as supporting our internal team with accurate and timely data entry across multiple online platforms.
