**Responsibilities**
As a Technical Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt, efficient, and detailed service. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and professional technical support to customers via various contact channels, including chat, email, inbound and outbound voice calls

**Requirements**
