Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Multilingual Support & Account Management

Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on our community, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Schedule & Compensation** Our Customer Service Representatives work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive hourly rate starting at $22 per hour and regular wage increases. We believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees' hard work and dedication, and we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding calls from customers and resolving issues related to service or billing in a timely and professional manner * Demonstrating a deep understanding of careerzynith's business and services to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns * Working collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer disputes and improve customer satisfaction * Effectively communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and promote careerzynith's products and services * Adjusting complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation * Interviewing customers, recording interview information into computer systems, and soliciting sales of new or additional services * Filling out contract forms, determining charges for service requested, collecting deposits, preparing change of address records, and issuing discontinuance orders * Demonstrating effective use of software applications, including MS Word and Excel, and other proprietary operational systems * Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, cooperative, and high-call-volume environment * Covering the reception desk when necessary **Working Conditions & Physical Effort** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in an office setting with a clean, well-ventilated, and well-lit environment. You'll have your own workstation or cubicle space, equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer.
