Growth Marketing Assistant(Google Ads) - 17092

Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist Working Hours: M-F CST Compensation: $1,200–$1,700/month + performance bonuses based on KPIs; reviews every 90–120 days About the Company: We are a mental health company merging top-tier therapeutic care with remote accessibility. Our mission is to make mental health support accessible and effective through both insurance and private-pay clients. Role Overview: To own execution across our marketing and referral channels. The primary purpose of this role is to generate a consistent flow of qualified clients entering intake so clinician caseloads can be filled predictably as the practice scales. This is an execution-first growth role, not a senior strategy, branding, or social-only position. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning paid ads, funnels, and lead generation while producing clear, trust-building marketing assets aligned to women’s mental health. Due to the nature of our audience and brand focus in women’s mental health, female candidates are strongly preferred. ​​​​​​ Campaign Ownership & Optimization • Take full ownership of all active Google Ads campaigns • Optimize keyword structure, match types, negative keywords, and campaign segmentation • Manage bidding strategy and budget allocation across ad groups • Improve and maintain Quality Scores across active keywords • Expand and refine keyword coverage across high-intent search clusters (typically 30–40+ keywords across segmented intent groups) Conversion & Funnel Optimization • Analyze and improve conversion performance across landing pages and the booking flow • Identify message mismatches between ad intent and landing page experience • Recommend and implement landing page improvements to reduce bounce rate and improve conversion rate • Ensure alignment between keyword intent, ad copy, and destination page Performance Management • Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive adjustments without direction • Manage $150/day ($4,000–$4,500/month) in ad spend efficiently • Eliminate wasted spend through search term audits and negative keyword management • Ensure all keywords and assets are fully eligible and serving, proactively resolving policy limitations or delivery issues Strategic Execution • Operate independently by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing without step-by-step direction • Bring data-driven recommendations proactively, not reactively • Lead decisions on keyword expansion, bid strategy, and campaign structure • Diagnose performance constraints and present clear resolution plans • Operate with minimal oversight, without requiring day-to-day direction on optimization decisions Google Ads Platform Expertise • Engage directly with Google Ads support to resolve policy limitations, ad disapprovals, and keyword restrictions • Apply best practices specific to healthcare and therapy-related advertising • Navigate compliance-sensitive campaign requirements, including health-related advertising policies Reporting & Communication Deliver weekly performance reports covering: • Spend, impressions, CTR, CPC • Conversion rate • Cost per consultation • Total bookings generated Clearly communicate: • What is working • What is not • What changes are being made next • Proactively flag issues without waiting for direction Required Experience • Hands-on experience independently running Google Ads campaign • Experience creating and scheduling content using Canva • Familiarity with Google Business Profile management • Basic understanding of funnels, lead tracking, and performance reporting • Ability to work independently from SOPs with minimal oversight Nice-to-Have • Healthcare or mental health industry exposure • Referral outreach or partnership support experience What Success Looks Like • Consistent flow of qualified leads entering the intake pipeline • Marketing-attributed booked intakes increasing over time • Improved predictability in clinician caseload fill • Reduced founder involvement in day-to-day marketing execution
