Inside Sales Associate – Indie Lead Generation

Job Description: • Conduct high-volume cold calling, email outreach, independent research and prospecting to connect with indie game publishers • Identify new business opportunities and qualifying leads • Sell turnkey options, such as sponsorship packages and pass along larger programs to the respective Sales leads • Develop and foster relationships with indie advertisers through consistent communication and follow-up • Stay up to date on indie gaming trends, new releases, and emerging studios to identify potential partnership opportunities Requirements: • Strong interest in gaming, entertainment, tech, pop culture is a plus • Ability to handle a high daily volume of calls, emails, and cold outreach daily • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision makers at multiple levels • Self-motivated, organized, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain persistence • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics • Familiarity with the gaming industry or indie game space is a plus, but not required • Previous internship, customer service, retail, campus leadership, or sales lead generation experience is helpful but not required • Proficient with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools is a plus.
