Institutional Research Analyst

Job Description: • Accurate collection, verification, and analysis of institutional data • Manage federal mandated reporting such as IPEDS • Support reporting needs for accreditation, state approval, and compliance reporting • Prepare materials in response to internal and external stakeholders' requests • Document and maintain sources of institutional data • Verify data accuracy and investigate discrepancies • Design and maintain dashboards and conduct peer comparison benchmarking • Support assessment initiatives through survey methodologies and data analysis • Interpret data findings to provide actionable recommendations Requirements: • 3–5 years in Institutional Research or a related field • Strong familiarity with IPEDS and compliance-related projects • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required • Strong skills in Excel and Google Suite • Experience with student information systems • Knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, or Qualtrics is a significant plus • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion • A proven ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining careful attention to detail Benefits: • Top-tier health, dental, and life insurance • 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions • Extensive PTO and paid holidays • Paid winter break • Free or discounted courses for you and your family
