Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alta is an AI GTM System of Actions company seeking an Account Executive. The role involves creating and closing deals, leading outreach efforts, and collaborating with various teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create and Close Deals: Proactively identify, generate, and close new business opportunities, using creativity and deep product understanding. This role will be responsible for generating revenue from customers to achieve sales quotas. Build and identify opportunity signals and drive additional revenue streams (up-sell, cross-sell, etc.)
- Lead Outreach: Confidently engage in outbound efforts (calls, emails, social), building strong relationships from the first touchpoint
- Content & Messaging: Develop content (presentations, playbooks, emails) that resonates with our ICP and strengthens our GTM motions
- Customer Insights: Collect and interpret product feedback from prospects and customers to help refine our roadmap
- AI for Growth: Leverage AI tools to boost productivity, scale your outreach, and bring smarter insights to the team, customers, and product
- Market Representation: Represent Alta at events and meetings, acting as an ambassador of our brand and culture
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to bring growth ideas to life and ensure alignment between product innovation and customer needs
Skills
- 2+ years in SaaS sales with proven success in both outbound and inbound motions
- Consistent achievement of quota in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally in product-led companies
- Comfortable with experimentation, learning, and iterating fast
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and ability to adapt to different segments
- Ability to connect product features to real customer problems and communicate solutions simply and effectively
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environments and takes full ownership of outcomes
