Our remote customer care team typically consists of 8–12 agents, a dedicated supervisor, and accessible managers who foster an open-door culture — even from a distance. Physical Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you will need a comfortable, ergonomic workspace. Day-to-day responsibilities require sitting for extended periods, frequent use of a computer and ticketing system, and occasional standing, walking, or lifting items weighing up to 10–25 pounds. You will need close and distance vision capabilities to read screens and documents throughout your shift.

Compensation
