The Finance and Operations Channel-Partner role focuses on building and managing referral relationships to promote expense reduction and wellness programs.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, cultivating, and managing referral relationships that drive adoption of Blackspire Advisors’ expense reduction and wellness programs
- Prospecting and engaging potential channel partners
- Educating partners on the firm’s solutions
- Coordinating introductions between partners and client prospects
- Conducting basic financial and operational analysis to understand client needs
- Positioning appropriate services based on client needs
- Tracking performance of referral pipelines
- Collaborating with internal teams to stay informed on program updates
- Supporting partner training
- Ensuring accurate documentation of partner activity
Skills
- Strong skills in Business Planning and understanding of financial and operational drivers that influence client savings opportunities
- Experience working with Channel Partners, including recruiting, training, and maintaining productive referral relationships
- Background in Channel Sales and Sales, with a track record of developing pipelines and closing or influencing revenue-generating opportunities
- Proficiency in Account Management, including relationship building, follow-up, and ongoing support for partners and clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial and operational concepts in clear, accessible terms
- Comfort working remotely, using digital tools for collaboration, CRM tracking, and virtual meetings; self-directed and organized work style
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience in technology, AI, healthcare, benefits, or financial services is beneficial
