In this role, you will manage the sales funnel across various market segments, receive extensive support and training, and have opportunities for rapid career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close across SMB and mid-market accounts, with enterprise opportunities available as you grow
- Own the end-to-end sales funnel for all of your accounts, from discovery through close and structured handoff to account management
- Leverage ContactLoop’s marketing lead gen funnel as a starting point, while also proactively building your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and creative prospecting
- Run product demos and discovery calls that communicate how ContactLoop’s tools Messenger, ChatFusion, VoiceFusion solve real lifecycle and revenue challenges for SMBs
- Use our CRM to log every interaction, meeting, and pipeline update, disciplined CRM hygiene is an expectation across the team
- Stay current on AI trends and tools, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource for your prospects
- Engage with team coaching and training with an open mind, this is a growth role and we will actively invest in making you better
