[Remote] LN Venues, Coordinator - CRM & Sales Operations | Premium

They are seeking a Coordinator for CRM & Sales Operations to provide Salesforce support, perform data operations, assist with reports and dashboards, and monitor sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline Salesforce support to internal users by troubleshooting issues, answering process questions, and escalating complex cases when needed
• Perform routine data operations, including data imports, updates, deduplication, and data hygiene tasks to maintain accuracy and consistency across the org
• Assist with reports and dashboards, including creating and modifying basic reports, maintaining subscriptions, and supporting end-user reporting needs
• Monitor AI-driven sales tools and automations (email, chat, CRM prompts), reporting irregularities, performance issues, or opportunities for improvement

Skills

• 1+ years of basic working knowledge of Salesforce (or like platform) and CRM concepts
• Ability to provide frontline Salesforce support and escalate issues as needed
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools or CRM automations
• Clear, effective interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and system support
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Working knowledge of basic Salesforce reports, dashboards, and subscriptions preferred
• Experience performing routine data operations and data hygiene tasks preferred
