Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Restor3d is seeking a tech-savvy, analytical Patient Engagement & Operations Specialist to enhance patient engagement initiatives. The role involves managing patient communication platforms, conducting data analysis, and supporting clinical research to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations of the restor3d texting platform, including message workflows, sharing patient-specific designs, and performance monitoring
- Identify opportunities and use cases to implement AI tools to enhance operational efficiency in the patient support function
- Support recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities for restor3dās patient-specific registry
- Build and maintain data dashboards and PowerPoint reports to visualize and patient engagement metrics and patient outcomes
- Identify solutions and create data visualizations to identify trends in patient inquiries, response times, and satisfaction scores
- Analyze patient feedback and operational data to recommend process improvements and inform strategic decisions
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and text regarding restor3d orthopedic implants and physician provider options
- Draft, review, and send patient-focused emails that are clear, compassionate, and compliant with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct outbound follow-up communications to prospective patients, tracking engagement and outcomes in CRM platform
Skills
- HIPAA training and demonstrated experience handling protected health information (PHI)
- Education, professional experience, or demonstrated interest in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Clinical research experience (study coordination, data management, patient recruitment, or related roles)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization)
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating professional, visually compelling presentations
- Comfort working with commercially available AI technologies (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms and digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple digital platforms and tools simultaneously
- Self-directed learner with proven ability to acquire new skills independently
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting patient-facing content
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across different systems
- Prolonged periods working at a desk and computer
