In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI architecture and machine learning to drive AI initiatives and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise-scale AI and agentic systems supporting critical business operations
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business leaders to drive AI initiatives
- Break down complex AI projects into scalable and actionable technical solutions
- Design and optimize AI workflows, observability frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor engineers and contribute to AI best practices and technical standards
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or related disciplines
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with cloud AI platforms including AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Azure OpenAI
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI systems in production environments
- Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
